NORMAN — Putnam City West opened the cross country season at the Summer Showcase in Norman Saturday (Aug. 22).
The Patriots finished eighth in the team results. Randy Santizo paced West with a 33rd place finish in 11:18. Roberto Fernandez Diaz and Demian Campos were not far behind, finishing in 11:32. Israel Samora notched an 11:42 time.
