CLAREMORE — Putnam City West’s boys cross country team landed in fifth place Friday (Aug. 28) at the Claremore Lake Cross Country Meet.
The Patriots finished just three points behind fourth place Guthrie.
Randy Santizo finished 10th with a time of 18:17.6. Roberto Fernandez Diaz followed in 16th place at 18:42.4 and Diego Garcia Avalos was 17th with a time of 18:51.5.
