OKLAHOMA CITY — Western Heights gave up a double-digit run totals in both 4A-1 losses to Heritage Hall Monday and Tuesday (March 23-24).

MONDAY: HERITAGE HALL 15, WESTERN HEIGHTS 3

Heritage Hall poured in 10 runs in the third inning in the run-rule win.

The Chargers had 12 hits and walked seven times. Jet pitchers plunked Heritage Hall batters five times in the loss.

Sophomore Heyward Martin singled in the third inning and later scored on an infield error.

The Jets took advantage of two more Heritage Hall errors in the fifth for two more runs.

Heritage Hall junior Jack Holbrook held the Jets to three hits and struck out seven batters in the shutout.

Meanwhile, four Western Heights errors coupled with six Charger hits led to the big win.

Freshman Tyler Edmiston was 2-for-2. Senior Akin Aguillard also had a hit.
