OKMULGEE — Bethany used a dominant third quarter to beat Broken Bow, 58-39, Friday (March 7) in the Class 4A Area 3 playoffs at the Mvskoke Dome.

The 12th-ranked Bronchos (17-8) fell behind early to the 17th-ranked Savages, but led, 20-18, at halftime.

In the third quarter, Bethany went on a blistering 21-5 run to pull away for the win.

UP NEXT

The Bronchos face unranked Muldrow (21-7) in the consolation finals for a state tournament berth Saturday (March 8) at 7:30 p.m.

The Bulldogs lost to Crossings Christian, 61-39, Friday.

Muldrow hosted a regional and beat Broken Bow, 63-52, for the regional title on March 1.
