DEL CITY – Bethany won the Jim Elliot Crusader Basketball Tournament at Christian Heritage Academy, beating Crooked Oak, 44-38, Saturday night (Dec. 9).

Wyatt Geissler was named the tournament MVP while teammates Aiden Todd and Jackson Payne both were named to the All-Tournament team.

“Huge win over a GREAT Crooked Oak team!” Bethany coach Brett Cannon wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter). “(The) shots didn’t fall but we still guarded!!!”

The Bronchos (5-0) return home Tuesday (Dec. 12) to meet Chickasha in a Western Conference matchup.
