JENKS — Jenks scored 10 runs in the fourth inning to blow open a tight 6A-4 contest with Putnam City in a 14-3 win.
Trailing 4-3, the Pirates gave up four walks, six hits and committed three errors in the inning.
Seniors Tessa Goodner and Francis Meza each had 2-for-2 days. The duo had back-to-back doubles in the third inning to tie the game at 3-3.
