
CADDO COUNTY — Western Heights committed seven errors in a 8-0 loss to 2A Riverside Friday (April 11).
The Braves (15-3) scored four runs in the third inning to pull away for the win.
Junior Keziah Howell went 2-for-2 for the Jets. Fellow senior Jacob Bohnstedt was 1-for-1 and also walked once.
Senior Caden Wiebusch took the loss, allowing four hits in four innings. Because of the errors, only one of the runs he allowed was earned. He walked one batter and struck out three.

Western Heights finishes a 5A-1 district series with Guthrie Saturday (April 12) at 12 p.m. at Squires Field in Guthrie. The contest was originally scheduled for April 1.
The Blue Jays started out the season at 13-0 but have lost four straight games, including a 12-1 loss to Duncan Friday.
