NORMAN – Norman North junior Austin Ihrig and senior Cade Clifton combined to no-hit Putnam City as the Timberwolves run-ruled the Pirates, 10-0, in four innings Thursday (April 18).

Ihrig and Clifton combined to strike out seven batters.

Putnam City junior Connor Fast went 0-for-1, walked once and stole a base. Senior Josh Potter also went 0-for-1 with a walk.

UP NEXT: The Pirates (5-19, 4-8 in Class 6A District 1) host Capitol Hill Saturday at 5 p.m.
