
EDMOND — Putnam City North ran its win streak to 24 games with an 87-29 blowout of Edmond Santa Fe Tuesday (Dec. 2) in a 6A-3 game.
North led by just a point, 7-6, halfway through the first quarter. The Panthers went on a 6-0 run to build a 13-6 lead. From there, the lead ballooned to double-digits.
The Panther defense held the Wolves to single-digit scoring in both the second and third quarters in the rout.
Senior Jayla Constant scored 18 points, all of in the first half. She unloaded 10 of those points in the first quarter.
Fellow senior Makiya Moore added 14 points. Senior Da’Nae Jefferson followed with nine points. Junior Richiya Miller and senior Paige Williams each scored eight points in the win.

North has a week off before hosting Stillwater in a 6A-3 contest next Tuesday (Dec. 9) at 6 p.m.
The Pioneers are 2-0. They beat Capitol Hill, 70-15, Tuesday.
Stillwater plays at Moore on Friday before the game at North.
