
WARR ACRES — Moore scored multiple runs in all five innings in a 22-0 run-rule rout of Putnam City Monday (April 7) in a 6A-2 matchup.
The Lions (13-7, 4-2) scored five runs in both the second and third innings and eight runs in the fourth. Moore batters collected 15 hits and were hit five times. The Pirates (2-16, 0-5) also committed three errors.
Senior Connor Fast had Putnam City’s lone hit, a single to right field to lead off the bottom of the first inning.
Pirate hitters walked three times in the loss.
