
MOORE – Putnam City North couldn’t overcome a six-run first inning from Moore in a 12-2 loss in 6A-2 action Wednesday (Sept. 18).
Moore had 13 hits and took advantage of four Lady Panther errors.
Down 6-0 in the second inning, senior Angel Franklin doubled in sophomore Kayla Orton to make it 6-1.
Trailing 7-1 in the third inning, freshman Kayleigh Andrews doubled in senior Monica Coats.
Sophomore Savannah Martinez went 2-for-3. Monica Coats, Andrews, Orton, Franklin and senior Kylee Smith each had hits.

Putnam City North will compete in the Chickasha Festival starting Friday (Sept. 20).
