EDMOND – Edmond Memorial routed Putnam City North, 15-0, Monday (March 25) in a Class 6A District 2 contest.

Bulldog junior starter Caleb Hines allowed one hit in three innings of work, striking out five Panthers. Senior Nolan Humphreys allowed the other hit, striking out two batters.

Edmond Memorial (9-2, 5-0) broke open a 3-0 game with eight runs in the third inning. The Bulldogs collected 11 hits in the win.

North senior Cayden Swart went 1-for-2 . Sophomore Gavin Lang went 1-for-1 and walked once.

UP NEXT: North (3-9, 1-4) hosts Edmond Memorial Tuesday (March 26) in the final game of the two-game series. First pitch is at 5 p.m.
