
OKLAHOMA CITY — Tulsa Union scored seven runs in the second inning and six runs in the fourth for a 17-3 run-rule win over Putnam City North Tuesday (April 21) in a 6A-4 game.
The Panthers were held to a lone hit in the loss. Senior Reece Hubble had a hit. Senior Austin Guerrero walked twice. Seniors Xavier Sarkey and each walked once.
In the first inning, Guerrero walked, Hubble singled and an outfield error on a ball hit by Sarkey scored Guerrero.
In the fifth inning, Renteria’s walk and a three-base error allowed senior Xayvion Jones to circle the bases.
North pitching allowed 14 walks in the loss.

North (3-21, 0-10) hosts Sand Springs (16-12, 8-3) Wednesday in a makeup district game.
The Sandites took a two-game series from Muskogee Monday and Tuesday.
