
OKLAHOMA CITY — Putnam City West broke open a 4-0 game with eight runs in the third inning for a 12-0 run-rule of Capitol Hill Monday (March 2).
The Patriots had five walks, three hit batsmen to go with three singles and a double in an 8-run rally in the third inning.
Junior Jarin Hoff went 2-for-2 with a double and two runs batted in.
Juniors Aaron De Loera, Daniel Hoyt, senior Ezequiel Hernandez, sophomore Malachi Ferguson, freshmen Tylor Mason and Riley Axtell each had a hit.
Hoyt and Axtell both doubled and drove in a run. Ferguson drove in two runs.
As a team, West stole 12 bases.
