The Patriots (4-7) won 25-18, 25-21 and 25-14.

“We played a great match,” Putnam City West coach Reagan McNeil said via text. “We came out strong and maintained control. Did a great job on both sides of the ball.”
Sophomore opposite hitter Hay-Lee Arriola had eight kills and two solo blocks in the win.
With the win, the West picked up its first win against its sister schools. The Patriots fell to North on Aug. 16.
West will travel to North Sept. 30.

West will play both Midwest City and Southeast Friday (Sept. 26) as part of the U.S. Grant Tournament.
