OKLAHOMA CITY — Western Heights junior Triston Young earned a fourth-place finish in the high jump at the 5A state track meet Friday and Saturday (May 15-16) at Western Heights.

Young reached 6-4 on his jump in the finals.

Senior Cruz Bluitt added a seventh-place finish in 400-meter dash. He ran the finals race in 51.16.

Jet senior Kyree Lartey didn’t qualify for the finals in the 400-meter dash. He finished 10th with a time of 51.13 in the preliminary race.
