

OKLAHOMA CITY — Putnam City West senior Jazmyne Thomas went 4-for-4 and the Patriots opened the slow-pitch softball season with a 9-3 win over Santa Fe South Tuesday (March 3).
Thomas scored twice and drove in a run in the win.
Aaliyah Lewis added a 2-for-3 performance and drove in two runs. Kaydence Lopez doubled. and drove in a run.
West collected 13 hits in the win and broke the game open with six runs in the second inning.
