
WARR ACRES — Putnam City faltered in the fourth quarter of a 52-49 loss to Yukon Thursday (Feb. 19).
The Pirates (4-18) had a 29-20 lead at halftime. The Millers cut the lead to four points by the end of the fourth quarter. Yukon outscored PC, 15-8, in the fourth quarter for the win.
Senior Joseph Fokum led Original with 15 points, including 10 points in the second half.
Junior Myron Cooper added 13 points. Cooper scored six of those points in the second half. He also sank a 3-pointer.
Senior ZaMarion Frost and junior DeMarre Threatt each scored seven points. Frost hit a trey. He scored all of his points in the second quarter.Threatt also hit a 3-pointer and he scored all of his points in the first quarter.
Yukon senior Ethan Penner scored a game-high 19 points for the Millers.

The Pirates (4-18) wrap up the regular season at sister school Putnam City North (23-1) Friday (Feb. 20) at 7:30 p.m.
The Panthers routed Capitol Hill last Friday (Feb. 13), 75-21.
