NORMAN — Putnam City North had finalists in both individual and relay events at Norman Tuesday (Nov. 18).

Senior Luke Engelmann finished second in the 100-meter freestyle and third in the 100-meter backstroke. Sophomore Felix Parker added a fourth place finish in the 500-meter freestyle race.

North finished fourth in the 200-meter medley relay race. The team is comprised of sophomore Xander Applegate, Engelmann, Parker and freshman Zian Aranda. The boys squad also finished third in the 400-meter freestyle relay. The team was made up of Engelmann, Aranda, Parker and Applegate.

On the girls side, junior Scarlet Mathis was fourth in the 500-meter freestyle.

North girls finished fifth in the 200-meter relay. Swimming for that team were freshman Megyn Marsh, senior Ava Tu, Mathis and senior Aaliyah Wilkin.
