OKLAHOMA CITY — Western Heights banged out 10 hits in a 15-3 win over 3A Crooked Oak Tuesday (Sept. 30).

Every player in the lineup reached base and every player but one had a hit in the win.

Ann-Marie Bohnstedt went 2-for-2 a double, a stolen base, a run scored and two runs batted in. Senior Raelynn Frost also went 2-for-2 with a double, two runs scored an an RBI.

Jalesa Asimba, Abbie Bise, Aracena Martin, Khamiyah Laster, Abby Castillo and Natalia MartinezVazquez each had a hit. Asimba scored three runs and drove in two. Martin scored three times, stole four bases and drove in four runs. Laster had a double, scored a run and drove in a run.

Bise allowed just one hit over four innings. She allowed three runs and walked eight batters. Bise struck out seven for the win.

UP NEXT

The Jets travel to Midwest City Thursday (Oct. 2) for a doubleheader at 5 p.m.

The Bombers beat 6A Putnam City, 6-2, Tuesday.
