OKLAHOMA CITY — Putnam City North swept a doubleheader Monday (Sept. 29). The Panthers beat Douglass, 15-1, and John Marshall, 17-0.
PUTNAM CITY NORTH 15, DOUGLASS 1
North took advantage of eight walks and five batters who were hit by a pitch in a three-inning run-rule.
Senior Jayda Stevenson, junior Grayson Petty and senior Mikala Coats each had a hit in the win.
Junior Presley Standridge struck out five batters over two innings to earn the win.

North racked up 10 hits in the win.
Standridge went 2-for-3 with a double, triple and a run batted in. Freshman Amaya Frazier was 2-for-2 a double, a homer and five RBIs.
Sophomore Kayleigh Andrews, junior Savannah Martinez, Laila Willoby-Taylor, Kayla Orton, Staden and Stevenson each had a hit.
Stevenson had a home run and three RBIs. Martinez had a double.
