OKLAHOMA CITY — Putnam City West and Santa Fe South piled up the runs in the 13-11 Saints’ win Tuesday (Sept. 23).

Each team scored six runs in the fifth inning and West led, 11-0. The Saints scored three runs in the sixth inning to take a 13-11 lead.

West’s Aaliyah Lewis and Analicia Ramirez each went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and two runs batted in. Ramirez’s hit was a double.

Kaydence Lopez added a 2-for-4, a homer, two runs scored and three RBIs.

Senior Jazmyne Thomas was 1-for-5. Mia Nevarez and Mary Stowers each went 1-for-3. Thomas scored a run and Stowers drove in two runs.

UP NEXT

The Patriots play a 6A-2 a doubleheader with Yukon (15-7, 5-3) Thursday at 5 p.m.
