
WARR ACRES — Edmond Santa Fe pitching threw a combined five-inning no-hitter of Putnam City Monday (April 14) in a 13-0 win in 6A-2 action.
Santa Fe starter Savion Sims struck out eight batters and walked one in four innings.
The Pirates (2-21, 0-7)managed two walks in the contest. Sophomore Jared Potter and freshman Damon Hopkins each earned a free pass.
Edmond Santa Fe (18-7, 8-1) collected 10 hits and took advantage of nine Putnam City errors.
