MIDWEST CITY — Bethany seniors Charlie Tolle and Levi Tolle combined for six hits as the Bronchos routed Lawton MacArthur, 16-2, Friday (April 11) in the Bill Tipton Classic at Carl Albert.

Tolle went 3-for-3 with a double, two runs scored and three runs batted in. Moore was 3-for-4 with a run scored and three RBIs.

Tolle and Moore keyed a 13-hit outburst for the Bronchos, who scored multiple runs in all five innings of the run-rule win.

Senior Layton Reither added a 2-for-4 performance with a run scored and an RBI.

Junior Judson Gilliland, seniors Joe Berry, Andrew Taber, Brock Cross and sophomore Cooper Willis each had a hit.

Sophomore Brody McLaren and senior Rylan Eccles combined for a three-hitter. Each pitcher struck out three batters in the win.

UP NEXT

The Bronchos (17-4) travel to Tuttle Monday (April 14) to begin a two-game series with 4A power Tuttle. First pitch is at 5 p.m.

The Tigers (21-4) beat Life Prep (Kan.) Saturday, 14-9, in the Nike/Pro-Nine Festival at Owasso.
