
CHOCTAW — Putnam City North sprinted out to a big lead and ran the winning streak to 12 games Friday (Feb. 7) in a 73-48 rout of Choctaw in a 6A-2 contest.
The Lady Panthers (20-1, 11-0) built a double digit lead in the second quarter and the rout was on.
North had four players score in double figures. Senior Nykaiya Dillard scored a game-high 14 points. Dillard also had seven rebounds.
Fellow senior Brandie Harrod added 13 points and nine rebounds. The Auburn signee also had five assists and four steals.
Senior Nini Geretta followed with 11 points, four rebounds, three assists, two steals and a blocked shot.
Junior Kiana Gray also had 11 points. Gray had six rebounds and two steals.
The Lady Panthers shot 54 percent from the field in the win.

The Lady Lions beat Edmond Santa Fe, 56-40, Friday.
