
WARR ACRES — Putnam City rode a fourth quarter outburst to a 45-30 win over Mustang Friday (Feb. 7) in a 6A-1 contest.
After leading by one point halftime (22-21) and by four points after three quarters (30-26), the Pirates reeled off a 26-4 run in the fourth quarter to pull away.
Putnam City sophomore Mar’Quell Robison scored 12 points, including six points in the final quarter. Fellow sophomore Gabe Osborne added 10 points.
Senior Kelton Locke followed with eight points and senior JaColby Williams scored seven points with two 3-pointers.
Mustang’s Riley Sneller scored a game-high 14 points in the loss.

Putnam City (16-4, 8-3 in District 6A-1 play) travels to Deer Creek (17-3, 9-2) Tuesday (Feb. 11) for a rematch at 7:30 p.m.
