
PONCA CITY — Putnam City had three players score in double figures in a 76-37 non-district rout of Ponca City Thursday (Feb. 6).
“Played well,” Putnam City coach Brandon Jackson said via text. “(It was) great to get an extra game in since we missed a tournament earlier in January.”
Sophomore Gabe Osborne scored a game-high 18 points, including eight points in the first quarter when the Pirates sprinted out to a 15-7 lead.
PC junior Chris Williams added 13 points. Senior Kelton Locke had 11 points (all in the first half).

Putnam City (15-4, 7-3 in District 6A-1 play) hosts Mustang (8-11, 2-8) in a 6A-1 contest Friday (Feb. 7) at 7:30 p.m.
The Broncos fell at home to Deer Creek, 47-46, Tuesday.
