TUTTLE — Seventh-ranked Bethany got a double-double from Kayten Donley in a 59-49 win over ninth-ranked Tuttle in a 4A and Western Athletic Conference matchup.
“It was a huge win for our girls!!!” Bethany coach Eric Sailer said via text. “So anytime you can get a win against a rival that is ranked, it is a huge win!!!”

The Lady Bronchos had a 28-26 lead at halftime.
“At half, we talked about taking care of the ball and being more efficient,” Sailer said. “The girls did an amazing job of listening and becoming more efficient.”
Bethany got big 3-pointers from senior Lauren Koonce, sophomore Camryn Regier, junior Reese Harris, sophomore Ali Linn and freshman Kamryn Donley.
“Those were so helpful, because Tuttle was doubling down on Kayten,” Sailer said.

Linn and Kamryn Donley each had eight points. Linn was 3-of-7 from the field and collected five rebounds and two blocks. Kamryn Donley had a rebound, an assist and a steal.
