OKLAHOMA CITY – Putnam City North thumped Capitol Hill, 89-36, in a 6A-2 matchup Tuesday (Dec. 10).

“We had great energy and we almost did it for 32 minutes. That’s hard to do it for 32 minutes in games like this, but we did a pretty good job,” Putnam City North coach DJ Lemons said via text. “We need to continue to improve on things on both sides of the ball to reach our full potential.”
The Panthers opened with a 28-5 lead after one quarter. Many bench players got time on the floor and the game featured a running clock in the second half.
