OKLAHOMA CITY – Western Heights finished its cross country season Saturday (Oct. 26) by competing in the Class 5A Regional hosted by Westmoore at Moore Norman Technology Center’s South Penn Campus.

The boys squad finished 18th in the team standings.

The Jets were paced by sophomore Joey Leeds who ran the 5K in 19:07.40, good for 57th place. Senior River Michaelbread finished 75th with a time of 19:57.55.

The girls did not compete as a team but Fatima Lopez finished 82nd in 26:26.99.
