EDMOND – Edmond Santa Fe outhit Putnam City North and took advantage of seven Lady Panther errors in a 9-1 win Thursday (Oct. 3).
North was held to four hits in the loss. Senior Raya Shawareb tripled to center field with one out in the first inning and scored on a groundout by fellow senior Monica Coats.
Seniors Monica Coats, Aubrey Miller and Kylee Smith each had a hit in the loss.
Of the nine runs allowed by Miller and junior Jayda Stevenson, only three were earned to due to the North errors.
