MIDWEST CITY – Midwest City scored early and often in a 40-6 rout of Putnam City West Thursday (Sept. 12).
West’s lone bright spot was a pick six for Israel Chuku. The senior caught a deflected pass at midfield and sprinted down the West sideline for the score.
The Bombers rolled up 301 yards of total offense in the game.

Putnam City West (0-3) has a bye next week (Sept. 20). The Patriots return to action Sept. 27 with a road matchup with rival Putnam City North (1-0). Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
