OKLAHOMA CITY – Athletes from Putnam City, Putnam City West and Putnam City North competed in the Class 6A State Boys Track Meet Friday (May 10) at Western Heights.

North senior Bobby Cunningham ran the 400-meter dash in 50.58, good for 11th place. Cunningham didn’t qualify for the finals.

In the 110-meter hurdles qualifying round, West senior Malik Wells finished 11th (15.05). West junior Antonio Conner ran it in 15.85, landing in 15th place. North freshman Jonnas Stinson-Powers finished 16th with a time of 16.22. None of these times qualified for the finals on Saturday.

Putnam City West’s 4×100-meter relay finished 15th with a time of 43.58 but was unable to qualify for the finals. The team consists of Brighten Brookings, Conner, Jordan Warrior and Wells.
