Lady Pirates rout Epic Charter for Titan Classic 7th place

MIDWEST CITY – Putnam City used a strong second quarter to run away from Epic Charter School, 71-33, in the seventh-place game of the Titan Classic at Carl Albert Saturday (Jan. 20).

The Lady Pirates (7-10) held a 19-13 lead after one quarter and went on a 17-0 run in the second quarter to erase any doubt of the outcome.

Putnam City had three juniors in double figures as Kayla Hill scored 19 points. Destinee Hunt finished with 13 points and Paishintz Booker added 10 points.

Hill was named to All-Tournament team.
